My name is Corrado, and I am one of the Retail Managers here at North Eastern Pool & Spa.

I’ve been in the pool industry for nearly 17 years.

My favorite part of my job is forming relationships with our customers and and helping them find solutions to their pool problems.

I love my coworkers and when I’m not here, I’m spending time with my amazing children. I love cooking, woodworking and the Steelers!

2020 was my 40^th year in the Pool industry and my 10th year here at North Eastern Pool and Spa!

My passion is testing water and helping customers solve any water chemistry issues they may have with their pools.  I enjoy teaching customers at our in-store Pool Schools and working with our new pool owners to get their pools off to a beautiful start.

When I am not working, my husband and I enjoy camping, Zydeco dancing, riding around in my dad’s 1973 Mustang Convertible and having fun with our grandson Colton! I am Currently President of the Macedon Garden Club and enjoy gardening.

Hi, I’m Nick and I’ve been in the pool industry for 14 years. 13 of those years I have spent at North Eastern Pool & Spa.

What I like best about my job is the people I work with.

My free time is spent with my my family and enjoying the time with my daughter while she’s still young.

Hi, I’m Steve Crowley.

I have nearly 20 years of experience with pools and spas, and have become a near chemistry wizard in that time.

I’m a two time North Eastern Pool and Spa fantasy football championship. Some of my interests and hobbies are attempting to see a ballgame in every MLB stadium (I’m at 18 at the time this was written), kayaking (when I’m not at the store), meditation, writing and Magic: The Gathering. 

My favorite part of the job is interacting with customers and working with my friends.

My name Is Frank. I’ve been with Northeastern for three years; this will be my fourth.

My background is in plumbing and electrical repair.

I may be a familiar face to some since I have worked many odd jobs in the area throughout my career.

I always say you should learn something new every day, and I’m looking forward to serving our customers and community this season to the best of my abilities.

Hi, I’m Bruce. I’ve been in the pool industry for 9 years.

I’m a big Atlanta Falcons fan and a golf enthusiast.

My hobbies include spending time with my wife, walking my dog, and playing golf.

My favorite part of my job is helping all of our wonderful customers.

Hi, I’m Debbie and I am a Project Manager here at North Eastern Pool & Spa in our New In Ground Pool Department. I started at North Eastern in 2002, and this year marks my 22nd year as a full time employee here.

Before I started with North Eastern, I worked a variety of jobs including those as a Production Manager, Construction Estimator, and as an Assistant Foreman in the Engineering & Maintenance Department at Monroe Community Hospital. There I was in charge of construction projects, scheduling work loads, and ordering materials.

My job today at North Eastern includes coordinating the installation of our new in ground pools, working closely with our clients during the process. I have extensive experience dealing with trade workers, subcontractors, and technicians.

Some of the things I enjoy about working at North Eastern are hearing stories from our clients about how their families are enjoying their pool once the project is complete, and also being able to work with a great bunch of coworkers (including many family members).

My hobbies include gardening, cooking, and traveling, so please share any of your experiences or travel stories with me – I’d love to hear them!

Hi, my name is Alyssa, and I am the Assistant Manager in our New Inground Department as well as our Spa Service Manager. This is my 9^th year in the pool industry. I spent my first 7 seasons as the Assistant Manager in the Pool Service Department. Beginning spring 2023, I moved over to our New Inground Department and as of spring 2024 I am also managing our Spa Service Department. I’ve enjoyed expanding my knowledge in the pool and spa industry throughout the years.

My favorite part of my job is connecting with our customers and assisting them in the transformation of their backyard!

When I am not working, I like to spend my time with my family and my dog, reading books, watching live music, and traveling. 

Hi, my name is Therese. I started with North Eastern Pool and Spa at the beginning of the 2023 season. I work in the pool service department alongside Brianna. I love the atmosphere and the people here at North Eastern. I also love connecting with our customers and being able to help them out. Outside of work I love to travel, enjoy my pool, and spend time with family, friends, and my dogs.

Hi, my name is Hannah. This 2024 season will be my first year working at Noth Eastern Pool & Spa in our inground offices. I love learning something new everyday and getting to know everyone. Outside of work I love being on my boat, reading, and going on hikes!

My name is Steve, and I work in the sales department at North Eastern.

I have 23 years of experience in the pool industry, and have worked at North Eastern for the past 13 years.

My Favorite part of my job is when a customer tells me this has been the best thing they have done for their family. That puts a huge smile on my face.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys.

I love to cook and travel, especially to Italy when I can.

My name is Craig, and I work in the North Eastern Pool & Spa Sales Department.

I started working in the pool business in 2004 stocking shelves and testing water. In 2010 I joined the North Eastern team in the sales division.

I enjoy working with clients and seeing us transform backyards. I’m a big sports fan, Go Steelers!

In 1988, Soon after graduating from St. John Fisher College, I began my career in pool and spa sales. It has been a rewarding and fun career.

I have seen many changes over the past 30+ years and have accrued over $60 million in total sales to date. I have developed strong relationships with thousands of customers, and I look forward to continuing to serve area families.

My son Mitch and his wife Stephany, have produced our first grandchild, Nell Rose Gorsky, and I am looking forward to spoiling her.
